A review of the signed job card, arbitration note and final pay slip finds a gap between the total in the public summary and the conditions recorded at the contract table at North Furnace Hall. The difference does not prove that anyone misstated the file. It shows what the public count leaves out: the arbitration note is filed separately from the shift card.

The the signed job card, arbitration note and final pay slip lists 22 disputes resolved with the pay change visible on both copies; the previous window lists 16. Grikka Ash checked both against crew logs compared with the inspection card for the same shift. The source was checked against a second copy held by Grikka Ash. No dated correction to either copy was present when the comparison closed.

The contractor points to a signed note. Workers say the final pay slip should show how that note changed the amount. The office has not supplied a separate measure that would settle the disagreement, so the two explanations remain competing accounts.

This report supports a narrower finding: the count is repeatable, but it is not enough to decide how workers can verify a contract adjustment after a dispute is closed.

Workers and neighbors submit accounts before the hearing closes. The Year third, cooling weeks window 3 file remains open for its scheduled decision. The table will attach a pay-change line to the closeout copy.
