A review of intake meters, tower temperature cards and shift requests finds a gap between the total in the public summary and the conditions recorded at the shared cooling tower at Copper Loop. The difference does not prove that anyone misstated the file. It shows what the public count leaves out: two workshops share the same tower during the hottest part of the smelt run.
The intake meters, tower temperature cards and shift requests lists 22 water turns with an intake and return temperature; the previous window lists 23. Nazza Wire checked both against public notices checked against the copies households actually received. The source was checked against a second copy held by Vek Cinder. No dated correction to either copy was present when the comparison closed.
Each shop counts its own intake. The common board does not show the return temperature at the tower. The office has not supplied a separate measure that would settle the disagreement, so the two explanations remain competing accounts.
This report supports a narrower finding: the count is repeatable, but it is not enough to decide how to schedule shared cooling when one workshop’s return water arrives warmer.
Anew work docket opens with a named machine, shift and measure. The Year first, cooling weeks window 2 file remains open for its scheduled decision. Operators will post paired intake and return readings during the shared turn.
