A review of fan-hour totals, temperature notes and the neighborhood air board finds a gap between the total in the public summary and the conditions recorded at the south vent trunk. The difference does not prove that anyone misstated the file. It shows what the public count leaves out: the fan is reduced during maintenance while the public board remains unchanged.
The fan-hour totals, temperature notes and the neighborhood air board lists 71 fan hours recorded with a matching air sample; the previous window lists 68. Grikka Ash checked both against crew logs compared with the inspection card for the same shift. The source was checked against a second copy held by Ketta Ash. No dated correction to either copy was present when the comparison closed.
The plant totals are posted monthly. Nearby households want the maintenance hours listed on the same board. The office has not supplied a separate measure that would settle the disagreement, so the two explanations remain competing accounts.
This report supports a narrower finding: the count is repeatable, but it is not enough to decide how residents can tell a normal reading from a maintenance interval.
The clerk attaches the contract copy and the crew’s original handoff card. The Year first, rain shift window 2 file remains open for its scheduled decision. The vent office will add maintenance intervals to each public reading.
